Reward Programs

There are hundreds of categories for reward & incentive programs. We have broken them down into three main buckets with details on the more popular programs in each category. Although it sounds appealing to try and merge together programs to maximize revenue or cost savings, we recommend that each program be run independently of one another. For instance, safety incentives and health & wellness rewards may target the same employees but the execution and requirements of each are very different and therefore trying to combine them together gets overwhelming from a management perspective and can cause confusion on the employees part.
